HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply email buckeyeinkworks@gmail.com or reach out using the CONTACT US tab above or the button at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include a valid phone number with area code if you'd like us to call you back. Please also provide as much detail as you can and any artwork, sketches, links or other relevant information for your order.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FIRST?
We would love to provide you with a quote for your order. We still need certain information before we are able to give an accurate price range. When requesting a quote, please provide the design size, number of designs, number of colors, location of design(s), apparel type and estimated quantity (this can be easily changed later). The more details you can provide, the more accurate our estimates will be. We will email a quote to you, which you will be able to view the quote, as well as convert it to an order. We will receive a notification as soon as you convert your quote.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We pride ourselves on being known for fast production and shipping! Since the actual time will vary based on our workload, it's hard to give a general estimated time. We are usually about to fulfill our custom orders within a few weeks if not sooner. Be sure to ask when placing your order and we can provide a more accurate quote then.
HOW DO I SEND MY ARTWORK?
The easiest way to send your artwork is to email your file as an attachment to buckeyeinkworks@gmail.com. Please include your name in the subject line. If you'd like to use a file sharing program, such as Dropbox, just let us know when placing your order.
WHAT FILE TYPES ARE BEST?
We can work with most any of the main file types. That being said, some are easier than others. For screen printing, we do require vector files. Best formats are: .eps, .pdf and .ai.
For embroidery, we can use any of the above formats, as well as .svg, jpg and png.
WHAT TYPE OF APPAREL SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choosing your apparel is just as important as your design. That doesn't mean you have to choose something super expensive. We have several options we can recommend from comfy and affordable to premium fabric blends that'll make you never want to take it off. So whether you're looking to personalize T-shirts, hats, hoodies, tote bags, sweatpants, patches, shoes, we'll be right there to help!
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Once you have received an invoice from us, you will be able to view and pay it online. We accept all major credit cards as well as PAYPAL from our website. If you would like to pay using a check, Venmo, cash or other method, please let us know when you place your order.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept refunds on our custom orders. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and let's find a way to make it right. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
